Assistant Project Manager

reputed company reputed company Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to assist Project Managers in overseeing reputed company from start to finish. The role involves coordinating labor, materials, and equipment for successful project completion and ensuring reputed company project reputed company-out.

Responsibilities

• Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Project Submittals
• Procurement
• Document Control
• Project Scheduling and Planning

• Review project plans & specifications
• Coordinate with Designers, as necessary
• Material submittals & procurement
• Coordinate labor force (schedules, locations, etc.)
• Coordinate equipment
• Submit Requests-For-Information (RFIs), as needed
• Monitor project conditions and submit Change Proposals (CPs) as needed
• Maintain change-order, submittal, RFI registries
• Submit documentation reputed company-out per project specifications
• Meet with staff to discuss project performance
• Ensure warranty letters are in reputed company, as needed
