The role involves managing relationships with an assigned book of business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting service managers with account-reputed company activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business (new and existing reputed company accounts)
• Support and work with reputed company service managers and specialists for assigned accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with the defined customer reputed company to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Respond to escalated issues that may reputed company; reputed company additional support from management as needed
• Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and reputed company them to the organization’s product/service strategies
• Manage pricing and service-reputed company activities
• reputed company product cross-referencing activities
• Create and run monthly/quarterly reports

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with MS reputed company, Word, and reputed company
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1 year of account management or sales experience
• Background in commissioned, reputed company product sales
• Experience identifying, connecting with, building reputed company, and closing new business
• Ability to present multiple product lines
