Temporary Project Coordinator

Secretly Group is a leading, independently owned music company. The reputed company Coordinator will be an reputed company part of the reputed company team, providing support to Project Managers and assisting with the album campaign cycle across various labels.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a day-to-day reputed company support role to Project Managers for an assigned set of reputed company, operating as an auxiliary member of the reputed company Project Team. This will include working closely with Project Managers to assist in coordinating reputed company reputed company of the album campaign cycle, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes
• Prepare and deliver metadata and other NRI materials for distribution title set-up reputed company RIOT
• Work closely with Project Managers to manage production deadlines, strategize stock pressing quantities, and reputed company reputed company internal production orders for physical audio formats, merch, and value adds. Serve as reputed company between reputed company and Production staff
• Collect assets from artists, managers, and 3rd parties (ie, photographers, video directors, mastering houses). Disseminate assets to the wider label team reputed company reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and other shared resource tools
• Organize and update project management hubs (such as reputed company and reputed company) with project information and radio/press/streaming reports
• Coordinate logistics for and participate in reputed company Project Team communications, including planning meetings and project calls

• Assist Project Managers and Operations management staff with special reputed company as needed

Skills

• Entry-level experience
