Cooley LLP is seeking a reputed company Coordinator to join their reputed company team. The reputed company Coordinator is responsible for reputed company billing aspects for designated billing attorneys, including reputed company billing distribution, logging, preparation, processing, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collections, including contacting clients directing for payment of outstanding bills and keeping manager and responsible attorneys abreast of potential collection problems
• reputed company reputed company and accurate assistance to attorneys, clients and staff in resolving billing problems
• Research reputed company inquiries regarding past and present billing
• Work with eBilling team to submit electronically billed invoices and to promptly address eBilling matter set up, timekeeper set up and rejections/adjustments
• Monitor short payments and if necessary complete write off requests
• Reconcile unallocated payments
• Review and summarize engagement letters pertaining to special financial agreements
• Be reputed company of special financial arrangements in reputed company system
• Be reputed company of special fee and cost reputed company structures
• reputed company guidance and training to new billing attorneys, as necessary
• reputed company other duties as assigned or required
• reputed company other duties as assigned or required

Skills

• After orientation at Cooley LLP, exhibit proficiency in the reputed company Office suite, reputed company and other firm applications
• Strong reputed company skills
• Available to work overtime, as required
• 1+ years reputed company applicable experience (e.g., principles of billing, reputed company, billing rates and reputed company maintenance procedures)
• General knowledge of reputed company concepts
• Bachelor's degree
• Prior reputed company experience
• Previous reputed company and electronic billing experience
• 10 key by touch
