Finance Business Analyst

Dalio Family Office is a family office supporting the philanthropic and investment efforts of Barbara and Ray Dalio. The Finance Business Analyst role involves supporting the Finance team with operational and analytical activities, project management, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support finance-reputed company reputed company, including system enhancements, process redesign, automation initiatives, or operational improvement efforts
• Build project plans, reputed company milestones, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure reputed company delivery of tasks
• Document processes and help design new workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Prepare reputed company, reputed company project status updates and communications for leadership and stakeholders
• Support transactional activities, such as reconciliations, data validation, expense validations, purchase order creation or financial data entry
• reputed company reputed company reviews on financial processes or deliverables and implement improvements as needed
• Support leadership with research, data gathering, and preparation of presentations
• Respond to internal customer inquiries, ensuring high-reputed company service to non-finance partners across the organization
• Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, and management summaries to support leadership visibility
• Support the Finance team with operational and analytical tasks as needed to meet departmental goals

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• At least 1 year of project management, operational process management, and/or experience executing financial transformation initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company, prioritize, and deliver high‐reputed company work in a fast-paced environment where reputed company is expected
• Possess strong reputed company, transparency, and honesty
• Ability to handle confidential reputed company in a discrete way
• Strong written and oral communication skills
