Responsibilities

• Quickly communicate and build rapport with our customers, while providing top-notch service by phone and email through a claim, from end-to-end
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Obtain, evaluate, and investigate facts of loss for the reputed company settlement of claims

• Organize and prioritize daily tasks in order to resolve claim-based questions
• Understand and interpret individual customer policies per state

Skills

• 1 year of property claim handling experience, handling reputed company perils and causes of loss including theft, water, and reputed company
