This entry-level position involves assisting with attorney review processes, scheduling meetings, and handling various administrative duties reputed company the department.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day support to the reputed company Talent Management Managers and Directors supporting the Litigation department
• Generate and distribute reports
• Schedule and prepare materials for department meetings; serve as reputed company of contact with Conference Reservations, Catering and IS
• Assist with reputed company aspects of the attorney review processes, including assembling review packets
• Assist with special events as needed
• Review and reputed company attorney expenses
• Assist the reputed company Talent Management Department with various other administrative duties

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• One to two years of reputed company, reputed company services or business experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication ability, including writing, editing and presentation skills
