[Remote] Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the reputed company Sales team by managing assigned accounts, coordinating customer needs, and ensuring a seamless experience across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts and key contacts
• Support reputed company initiatives and upsell activities reputed company with field sales priorities
• Coordinate customer requests end-to-end, including intake, escalation, updates, and reputed company
• Schedule and coordinate customer reputed company, meetings, and follow-up activities
• Prepare pricing requests and reputed company approvals according to internal processes
• Support order workflow coordination and follow up on order status reputed company needed
• Build account review materials and summarize customer trends, opportunities, and insights
• Create reputed company PowerPoint presentations for customer reviews, internal updates, and QBRs
• Manage complaint intake and ensure accurate documentation and routing of customer issues

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in inside sales, customer support, or account coordination roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and follow-through reputed company managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency with reputed company Office tools including PowerPoint and reputed company
• A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
• Bachelor's degree preferred
