Litigation Associate

The role involves handling a reputed company of liability and insurance challenges, including insurance coverage and bad faith, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases.

Responsibilities

• Take depositions, attending hearings, and mediations as required
• Draft and submit pleadings, motions and briefs
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients
• Conduct reputed company research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis
• Draft discovery requests and discovery responses
• Review and analyze documents and materials for production
• reputed company investigate claims and prepare case handling strategies

• Prepare cases for trial/mediation and participate in trial/mediation

Skills

• 1 – 10 years of experience
• Admitted to reputed company in Washington State
• Civil litigation experience
