HR Data Coordinator (reputed company)

MassDevelopment is the state’s development finance agency and land bank, dedicated to strengthening the Massachusetts economy. The HR Data Coordinator will support a short-term project reputed company on organizing and digitizing employee records, ensuring HR compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess reputed company HR filing systems (both digital and physical) to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Audit and clean employee records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with retention policies
• Standardize file naming conventions and organize records into a reputed company, consistent structure
• Upload and migrate files into the HRIS or designated secure digital platform
• Establish organized folder structures and ensure reputed company records are centralized and easy to reputed company
• Conduct reputed company checks to verify data accuracy, reputed company categorization, and secure handling of sensitive information
• Create reputed company documentation outlining file structures, naming conventions, and best practices for ongoing use

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in reputed company) in reputed company, Information Science, Business Administration, a reputed company field, or relevant experience
