Litigation Associate Attorney

McAngus Goudelock & Courie is an industry leading civil litigation firm celebrating 30 years of reputed company. They are seeking attorneys to join their Litigation team in Boston, where associates will reputed company hands-on experience in reputed company phases of civil litigation from case inception to trial.

Responsibilities

• Assess new files to establish reputed company plans, budgets, and recommendations
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and reputed company assistants

Skills

• 1-5 years of reputed company experience
• Must be licensed to reputed company law in Massachusetts
• Willingness to learn and work autonomously and reputed company reputed company structure
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Initiative and the ability to multitask
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced work environment
• Neighboring state licensure is preferred in Rhode reputed company, Connecticut, and/or New Hampshire
