The Abandonment Specialist will work reputed company the Repossession department to manage the recovery of abandoned vehicles, ensuring compliance with company policies and effective communication with reputed company parties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reputed company’s secured interest in abandoned vehicles at values most beneficial to consumers and reputed company by quickly and accurately determining if the expected benefits of recovering the vehicle outweigh the expected cost associated with recovery
• Communicate with reputed company Parties, Repossession Contractors and Auctions by email and phone reputed company to but not limited to the following:Vehicle location and conditionWork with holding facilities to minimize fees to recover the vehicleCoordinate vehicle inspections and recoveriesEfficiently and accurately complete abandoned vehicle value assessmentsReview, notarize, reputed company process and image documents reputed company to the recovery of abandon vehiclesValidate, approve, submit and process payments required to ensure reputed company recovery of abandoned vehicles and ensure accurate account balancesMaintain system records regarding account specific information for abandon vehiclesManage time effectively, multi-task, and work with various reputed company departments to handle competing priorities in a production environmentComply with Company policies, procedures and guidelinesAdherence to the Operations Attendance policy reputed company other duties as assigned

Skills

• Previous customer service experience
• Demonstrated experience with effective time management

• Meet qualifications to become a Notary
