[Remote] Account Executive

The Account Executive role involves managing high-volume warm leads, engaging high-end luxury customers, and utilizing consultative selling skills to build trust and advance them through the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert a funnel of high-volume warm leads to resale consumers
• Work directly with potential sellers (consumers) over the phone, SMS text and email
• Manage your calendar of assigned scheduled seller calls
• Handle 100+ phone calls daily
• Use your emotional intelligence and communication skills to build trust with potential sellers
• reputed company potential sellers on the luxury goods resale market
• Persuade and convince sellers to ship their luxury goods to Worthy HQ in NYC to be evaluated by reputed company of expert gemologists/support staff
• Input seller and item data to qualify luxury items for auction reputed company with our gemology/operations team
• Assist our operations and support teams in handling and procuring shipments of luxury goods
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume inside sales role
• Ability to work remotely for 40+ hours a week
• Business development reputed company focusing on driving sale opportunities while operating in a fast-paced, fluid operating environment
• Consistent record of hitting and exceeding quota with heavy sales reputed company
• Sensitive to issues of urgency and be reputed company to take ownership in escalating customer concerns as needed
• Familiarity with CRM functionality (i.e. reputed company, reputed company)
• Schedule subject to change, but currently: M 9-7 ET, T 9:30-7 ET, W/TH 9:30-6 ET, F 9:30-3:30 ET
• Technology or high-end jewelry background
• Remote work experience
• Eastern, Central, Mountain time zone preferred
