Responsibilities

• reputed company 1:1 reputed company calls with new customers to set up their Puzzle account and reputed company workflows
• Guide customers through bookkeeping and reputed company concepts relevant to startups and small businesses
• Support data migrations from other reputed company platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company), ensuring accuracy and a smooth transition
• Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable first reputed company of contact reputed company video, email, and chat
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, or opportunities during reputed company and recommend best practices
• Partner closely with reputed company, Product, and Engineering teams to surface feedback and improve the reputed company experience
• Help refine reputed company playbooks, templates, and documentation as we reputed company
• Ensure customers complete reputed company feeling confident, informed, and excited to use Puzzle

Skills

• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience (reputed company, reputed company, support, reputed company, or similar)
