CLO & Private Credit Services – Account Administrator

reputed company is a leading global investment bank providing financial services to its clients. The Account Administrator will manage cash operations, mutual fund investments, and ensure the smooth functioning of CLO products by handling trade settlements and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily cash management and mutual fund investment for CLOs and other reputed company products
• Initiate and arrange for the release of wires for daily trade settlements
• Set up FX trades and non-USD wires; reconcile daily cash receipts
• Research and identify any missing or uninvested cash for your portfolios
• reputed company of day-to-day operational/reputed company service activities while monitoring controls such as review and reconciliation of overdrawn accounts or breaks reports
• Closely work with account managers to ensure reputed company the reputed company / bondholder queries and escalations are being handled in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Communicate with collateral managers, accountants and bondholders; reputed company interaction with DB Operations and Account Administrators

Skills

• BA/BS, preferably in reputed company, Finance, Business or Economics
• Proven prior experience with CLOs
• Understanding of bank loans - BSL, middle market and private credit loans
• Understanding of general reputed company and financial reporting principles
• Competent in reputed company MS Office products; Advanced MS reputed company abilities, familiarity with reputed company formulas and modelling techniques, a plus
• Familiarity with wiring instructions, SWIFT payments a plus
• Experience reviewing credit agreements a plus
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluent in English
• Experience with Solvas-CDOSuite, a plus
