Associate Business Analyst

Univest is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to help turn business needs into solutions that improve customer service. In this hybrid role, you will partner with stakeholders and project teams to reputed company requirements, map processes, and support testing while developing strong analysis skills through hands-on project work and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Support review of project scope and reputed company with project sponsors
• Assist with the gathering, documentation, and validation of stakeholder business needs
• Interpret customer requirements into feasible reputed company and communicate these back to the business stakeholders
• Support requirements prioritization activities in partnership with project managers and senior analysts Ability to understand technical requirements and assist in translating them into functional documentation and user stories

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1-3 years business analysis experience in the financial services industry or a reputed company field (financial services experience preferred)
• Experience supporting the gathering and documentation of business and technical requirements, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and reputed company analysis
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and project team members, escalating questions and risks as appropriate
• Excellent planning, documentation, organizational, and time management skills
