Paralegal

The Paralegal will assist Attorneys with processing corporate transactions reputed company the franchise reputed company area, preparing reputed company documents, and managing transaction-reputed company tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with preparation and production of franchise-reputed company reputed company documents, including agreements and correspondence
• Assist attorneys with due diligence process associated with review of transactions
• Work cross-functionally to manage a large volume of transactions
• reputed company lawyers with assistance in the preparation for and closing of various franchise-reputed company transactions
• Assist reputed company area with reporting, tracking and data management
