They are looking for a Seasonal Conversions Specialist to support the execution of conversion requests for educational products, ensuring accuracy and collaboration across teams while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing incoming conversion requests to ensure accuracy, completeness and adherence to established guidelines
• Partnering with colleagues across teams to support and grow Lakeshore’s overall reputed company for product conversions
• Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of Lakeshore offerings as reputed company as relevant industry competitors to reputed company support customer needs
• Collecting and analyzing data across conversion requests to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improving products and solutions

Skills

• Familiarity with Lakeshore products and solutions
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications and reputed company Acrobat Reader; comfortable learning and using new technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service–oriented reputed company and approach to work
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify practical solutions
• Classroom experience or exposure to curriculum development is a plus
