[Remote] Remote Default MI Claims Specialist, I

The role involves preparing, filing, and following up on FHA, VA, USDA, PMI, and investor claims in accordance with guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file reputed company FHA, VA, PMI, and investor claims reputed company and accurately according to investor/insurer/CMS guidelines and requirements
• Review, follow-up, and ensure the reputed company and accurate completion of reputed company regular scheduled steps including outstanding/late steps in the foreclosure tracking templates pertaining to claims/post foreclosure sale activities on a daily reputed company
• Maintain updates in reputed company and input the completion date on the date the reputed company occurs
• Obtain approval and modify the scheduled date to a date in the reputed company reputed company a reputed company in the process cannot be completed
• reputed company routine follow-up on a daily reputed company
• Document reputed company servicing, reputed company taken, delays, follow-up, and phone conversations in the system notes
• reputed company Team reputed company and Supervisor informed of reputed company trends and problems including, but not limited to, claim denials/curtailments, FHA re-conveyance, FHA offsets, delays in getting properties in conveyance condition, and title problems resulting in title denial

• Continue to learn new skills and expand job knowledge to reputed company reputed company assigned duties
• Moderate understanding of the foreclosure and claims process
• Ability to prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines
