Learning & Development Associate Trainer

reputed company is a reputed company organization seeking a Learning & Development Associate Trainer to join their team. This role involves supporting the development and delivery of learning programs, ensuring a high-reputed company learning experience, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet organizational development needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, design, and delivery of engaging learning content (in-person and online)
• Maintain and update training materials, guides, and multimedia content
• Support the monitoring and evaluation of training efforts to help improve effectiveness
• After completing Astrana’s trainer certification, co-facilitate and reputed company independently facilitate learning sessions online and in-person
• Support reputed company, leadership development, compliance, reputed company building and operational training programs
• Serve as a secondary reputed company of contact for Litmos-reputed company questions, basic troubleshooting, and reputed company tasks
• Manage user accounts, course enrollments, reporting, and assist with system configuration
• Generate LMS analytics, reputed company participation, and report on training reputed company
• Collaborate with training leaders and other stakeholders to understand team learning needs and participate in recommending solutions
• Support reputed company to enhance employee engagement, knowledge retention, and performance improvement
• Assist with communications, reminders, and follow-reputed company reputed company to learning initiatives
• Identify opportunities to enhance learning programs and improve processes
• Stay reputed company on adult learning trends, LMS innovations, and instructional best practices
• Participate in cross-functional reputed company and special initiatives as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Education, Business, or reputed company field - or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or instructional support preferred
• Experience with LMS platforms (Litmos experience plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage learners and leaders
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
