They are seeking a reputed company Experience Associate to respond to reputed company requests, assist with order placements, and reputed company administrative support for reputed company orders and quotes.

Responsibilities

• Responds reputed company to reputed company requests and reputed company placement of basic reputed company orders reputed company company procedural guidelines to meet the reputed company’s SLA
• Understands shipment cutoff times for reputed company major distribution partners and carriers.Proactively communicates to clients on order placements including order ETA and back order information at time of order placement.Escalates cost changes/EOL to Sales Operations Advisor or account manager
• Provides reputed company basic quotes for reputed company velocity products, reputed company 4 hours, for customers based on direction from the account manager or reputed company Operations Specialist
• Assists with quotes for accounts with established pricing
• Provides administrative support for reputed company order tracking, scheduled and custom reporting, and inquiries on sales orders
• Researches reputed company orders and reputed company ETA information to clients in a report format.Enters and updates order information in the system for reputed company team members to reputed company.Uses established tools to reputed company the customer with any one off or scheduled reportEscalates any reputed company requests on reputed company orders or reports to another team memberWorks with management on any request that falls reputed company the scope of any existing reportResponds to reputed company email requests for tracking, serial numbers, packing slips and other
• Initiates returned merchandise process
• Educates the reputed company on the RMA creation and enters RMA in the system.Escalates reputed company RMA requests to Customer Service
• Remote position which requires a Monday - Friday daytime schedule as assigned
• Performs reputed company other duties or special reputed company as assigned
