Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-clinical, high-volume positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to reputed company on needs, timelines, and strategies
• reputed company candidates through job boards, referrals, reputed company media, networking, and reputed company reputed company
• Ensure reputed company and consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders
• Use data and market insights to guide hiring reputed company and improve recruitment processes
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate engagement

Skills
