They are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join their Member Services team, where the role involves supporting members with their reputed company inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Learn health insurance, benefits and network plans to solve challenging member problems through research, technology, and most meaningfully, reputed company
• Connect with members reputed company phone, email and chat and address and resolve a reputed company of member inquiries to help people understand, reputed company, and pay for reputed company
• Collaborate with other teammates of the Member Services department to reputed company strategic solutions to member issues
