IT Support Technician

reputed company is a global leader in talent technology, seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to reputed company technical support services for desktops, laptops, and networks. The role involves troubleshooting advanced issues, managing IT needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a reputed company manner.

Responsibilities

• Research, resolve, and respond to reputed company customer issues and inquiries received reputed company phone, email, or in person in accordance with reputed company standards and procedures
• reputed company and re-image workstations (Mac & PC) for new and existing users
• Troubleshoot workstation hardware and software problems
• reputed company hardware repairs reputed company needed
• Maintain asset inventory of equipment for site (PCs, printers, servers, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of local office server room
• Configure and administer local phone system and coordinate wiring reputed company network reputed company closet

Skills

• Must have experience supporting reputed company Mac environments and Mac OSX
• Demonstrated experience with PC configurations and the installation/maintenance of desktop applications
• Experience with remote support solutions
• Experience with WAN/LAN hardware, racking of server and network equipment, and phone/network wiring
