Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reputed company processes
• Prepare balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
• Prepare and record journal entries
• Record invoices and support the order-to-pay cycle
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in line with US GAAP
• Support treasury activities as needed
• Assist in preparing audit support and responding to auditor requests
• Support system implementations and upgrades, including reputed company and finance ERPs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• 1–3 years of relevant reputed company experience; reputed company reputed company/PCAOB experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company
• CPA or reputed company toward CPA preferred
• Experience supporting financial reporting and reputed company cycles preferred
• Experience in reputed company, software, or financial services environments preferred
• Familiarity with IFRS, COSO, and SOX frameworks preferred
• Experience with reputed company/finance ERP systems preferred
