Marketing Specialist

This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, and engaging with the community to boost brand awareness and membership growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions
- Manage social media accounts and content creation
- Design and distribute marketing materials (flyers, signage, digital assets)
- Coordinate with local partners for sponsorships and events
- Track and analyze marketing performance and provide regular reporting
- Represent the Tommy’s brand at community events and outreach programs
- Support grand openings and special events with promotional strategies
Skills
- 1+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience
- Strong writing, design, and digital marketing skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Self-starter with excellent time management
- Comfortable working independently and on-site at car wash locations
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
- Passion for brand-building and community engagement
