Responsibilities

• Processing benefit administration changes: enrollments, life events, retirements, COBRA, and compliance tracking
• Inputting employee data into HRIS system: new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and data reputed company
• Vendor and payroll coordination: managing invoices, file transfers, and reconciliations with accuracy
• Strong attention to detail in reputed company data entry, reporting, and benefits-reputed company processes
• Employee support: reputed company, recognition programs, service awards, and leave administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, managers, vendors, and payroll

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience performing HR operations, benefits support or business administration

• Proficient with MS Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent
