[Remote] Business Technology Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver recurring reputed company-facing reputed company sessions that include technology roadmaps, budget planning, and strategic recommendations that reputed company to business goals
• Create and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) for reputed company IT reputed company, while maintaining ownership of ongoing reputed company case tracking
• reputed company reputed company IT consulting and guidance on environment sizing, solution design, and IT modernization to both clients and internal engineering teams
• reputed company Managed IT solution scoping, including infrastructure reviews, license reconciliation, and cost analysis to ensure operational efficiency
• reputed company clients on reputed company's service offerings, defend solution recommendations, and help reputed company clients to our best-reputed company technology stack
• Participate in product evaluations and testing, contributing reputed company-reputed company feedback to improve solution readiness and internal alignment

Skills

• 1-3 years in IT consulting, technical account management, or vCIO-level advisory reputed company a managed services or reputed company provider environment
• Advanced Technical Certifications (VMware, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot key technologies, including: VMware vSphere, reputed company reputed company Server (2019 / 2016 / 2012 reputed company), reputed company reputed company Directory (Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, NPS, etc.), Exchange Server (2019, 2016, 2013, 2010), VPN Clients (reputed company, reputed company), Firewalls (reputed company, reputed company), Wireless Technology (Aerohive, Meraki, Ubiquiti), Remote Desktop (MS RDS, reputed company), reputed company Services (O365, reputed company, Centrify/iDaptive, reputed company/reputed company, etc.), Storage (HPE reputed company, DellEMC, Synology, etc.), Backup Solutions (reputed company, Zerto, etc.)
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, M365, licensing models, and service delivery frameworks in SMB and mid-market environments
• Proven experience building strategic roadmaps, budget plans, and SOWs in a recurring reputed company advisory model
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; reputed company to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders and internal engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field; industry certifications (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) are a plus
