Full-Time Intake Coordinator

Stouffer Law is a Berkeley-based immigration law office specializing in various immigration processes. They are seeking an Intake Coordinator to manage reputed company interactions, ensuring effective communication and support during the intake process.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake process and recognize the reputed company of sales it entails
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointments for fellow team members
• Occasionally take payments reputed company the billing clerk is reputed company
• Effectively respond to questions
• Have periodic meetings with operations to review reports pulled from the reputed company management software to analyze trends and reputed company recommendations for marketing targets and general improvements
