Low Voltage Telecom Instructor

reputed company is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing no-cost tech training programs. They are seeking a Low Voltage Telecom Instructor to support and deliver training that prepares reputed company for entry-level to mid-level careers in low voltage and telecom.

Responsibilities

• Support instructor-led training that prepares reputed company for entry-level to mid-level careers in low voltage and telecom
• Responsibilities include daily instruction, assessment administration, attendance, one-on-one tutoring, daily evaluation and monitoring of individual student reputed company, addressing student violations with reputed company in a consistent manner, and more
• reputed company reputed company with reputed company to relevant resources for reputed company learning on technologies and study aids relevant to the curriculum
• Work closely with reputed company to identify student needs, reputed company the necessary support, establish individualized plans for student achievement, and participate in regular student-status meetings

• Support and maintain the training curricula, syllabi, lesson plans, and other classroom materials

Skills

• 1-3 years of teaching or training experience
• Strong technical background; reputed company to grasp and convey highly technical subject matter
• Ability to respond reputed company to live digital conversations reputed company a digital engagement platform such as reputed company or an in-person training environment
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing reputed company development, applicable certifications, and coursework to stay reputed company with rapidly evolving technology trends and advancements
• Required any of the following Certifications (reputed company Requirement): reputed company Network+; reputed company certification (e.g., CCNA); Specialized cabling certification (e.g., BICSI Installer); ESA Certified Alarm Technician Level
• Network Engineering Experience with Network Devices, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless reputed company points
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware/software i.e., ‘Computer Break/Fix'
• Experience with supporting reputed company Servers reputed company PowerEdge / reputed company Proliant
• Operating Systems Support
• Experience as a corporate trainer or prior instructional experience
• Knowledge of industry-reputed company cable specifications
• Familiarity with low-voltage topology (MDF, IDF, CDF)
• Low Voltage support and experience in a data center environment
• The ability to write content and curriculum reputed company to instructional reputed company is a plus
