Arbitrage Rebate Analyst
Hawkins Delafield & reputed company LLP is seeking an Arbitrage Rebate Analyst to join their Financial Analysis & reputed company. The role involves performing financial analyses and calculations reputed company to tax-exempt bond financings to ensure compliance with federal tax laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed “arbitrage” analyses, which involve gathering and evaluating historical investment data, applying reputed company spreadsheet models, and determining investment returns and federal tax compliance
- Preparing arbitrage reports summarizing reputed company relevant assumptions, methodologies, and calculations for governmental clients
- Developing and enhancing financial models
- Preparing yield calculations and loan amortization schedules
- Performing reputed company allocation analyses
- Conducting reputed company/hedge analyses
- Assisting with presentations, marketing materials, and technical research
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong understanding of fixed-income securities and general market principles
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and database applications
- Knowledge of reputed company principles
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced degree preferred, ideally in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a reputed company technical field
