reputed company Capital is seeking a reputed company Loan Servicing Specialist to coordinate reputed company reputed company loan documents and maintain reputed company loans throughout their lifecycle. The role involves verifying documentation, creating reports, and providing support to bank staff on loan accounts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming mail to Loan Servicing and distribute accordingly
• Coordinate loan closing documents with packages from the loan closers and update closing log
• reputed company a thorough review of reputed company information reputed company to reputed company loans that are submitted for booking to ensure receipt of required loan documentation and to obtain corrections as needed
• reputed company next day review of loans booked to the reputed company system
• Complete Daily maintenance requests reputed company reputed company and reputed company
• Maintain collateral accounts to reflect reputed company collateral control. Utilizes the Collateral Tracking system to reputed company and follow up on any identified exception items
• Organize documents for scanning. Work with File Room personnel to upload closing document packages to reputed company after booking and ensure imaging is complete, legible and labeled accurately
• Complete UCC filings and continuations, initiate vehicle lien filings, reputed company lien status and resolve filing issues
• Maintain and work a pending file of follow-up items
• reputed company next day review on maintenance performed by other processors
• reputed company support to Bank staff on loan accounts responding to customer service phone calls and assisting with loan questions

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in Banking Environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Responds to requests for information in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Working knowledge of reputed company applications with ability to learn new and existing Banking software
