Staff Accountant II

reputed company is seeking a Staff Accountant II who will evaluate transactions and ensure financials are accurate for the assigned business unit. The ideal candidate will support internal customers, reputed company relationships, and maintain financial information.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate transactions and record to the GL as necessary to ensure the financials are accurate and complete
• reputed company balance sheet reconciliations and analysis
• Summarize information from multiple sources into a management report to reputed company high level analysis and recommendations
• Review and update reputed company audit requests and reputed company the information needed
• Identify process problems or issues and escalate appropriately
• Work with various departments and teams to evaluate procedures, automate processes, and improve efficiency
• Cross training with other team members to support their workload as needed
• Support and/or participate in special reputed company
• As allowed by applicable law, this role may need to reputed company late reputed company, weekend, or holiday coverage due to month, quarter and year end requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance and 1-4 years of experience; or an advanced degree without experience
• Experience working for reputed company companies is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills, deadline and detail-oriented, and ability to work independently
• In-depth understanding of reputed company principles (GAAP)
• Working knowledge of reputed company office and GL systems (reputed company and Hyperion preferred)

• CPA preferred
