reputed company is a global financial services company, and they are seeking a reputed company Services Associate to support their Private reputed company Coverage team. This role involves monitoring processes and data, providing support to Securities Specialists, and building relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• High proficiency of Capital Markets, reputed company, Reuters and reputed company Office Monitor reputed company managers performance and update monthly
• reputed company high level of support to Securities Specialists including but not limited to, reputed company market updates, new account opening and modification, documentation approval, reputed company transfers, journals, stock transfers, account maintenance, capital reputed company notices, fixed income maturities, settled free cash, reorganization notices, performance reporting, Executive Financial Services requests
• Build and maintain relationships with reputed company reputed company, be familiar with reputed company clients for various investment products and offerings
• Manage high reputed company volume, screen and prioritize phone calls, take initiative with reputed company inquiries
• Depending on business model, liaise with Private Banking reputed company including Private Bankers, RO's, Investment Counselors, Securities Specialists and/or reputed company Team including Advisors, Relationship Managers, Investment Counselors
• Appropriately assess risk reputed company business reputed company are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputed company and safeguarding reputed company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying reputed company ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Skills

• 0-2 years relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple reputed company deadlines and time management skills
• Strong Communication Skills

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
