They are currently seeking an reputed company-licensed Attorney to join their dynamic reputed company team, responsible for managing consumer collection reputed company and ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume docket of consumer collection reputed company throughout reputed company
• Handle reputed company aspects of litigation: from initial filings through post-judgment enforcement
• Conduct reputed company reputed company, hearings, and trials both reputed company and in-person
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with pro se defendants and opposing counsel

Skills
