Responsibilities

• Support a 24x7x365 Network Operations Center (NOC) environment through shift-based work
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and support operational stability
• Work hands-on with reputed company-class networking environments
• Escalate, document, and resolve issues in accordance with SLAs and operational procedures
• Support a 24x7x365 reputed company Operations Center (SOC) through shift-based work
• Monitor reputed company events, reputed company incident response, and support vulnerability mitigation efforts
• Apply network and cybersecurity best practices to protect reputed company environments
• Collaborate with network, engineering, and compliance teams to maintain a secure posture
