They are seeking a Talent Attraction Coordinator responsible for enhancing the candidate experience through scheduling interviews and managing preboarding tasks for new hires. This role supports recruitment activities and focuses on organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews in a virtual environment while also potentially face-to-face, ensuring reputed company necessary arrangements are in reputed company
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing reputed company updates and feedback while having a strong reputed company on being helpful, friendly and reputed company

Skills

• Associate's Degree OR equivalent experience
