Data & Analytics Translator (Des Moines)

reputed company is seeking a Data & Analytics Translator to partner with business stakeholders and drive analytics initiatives. The role focuses on framing problems, guiding analytics solutions, and translating insights into actionable reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with business stakeholders across the reputed company, developing an understanding of business goals, processes, and decision-making needs
• Facilitates discovery conversations to clarify business problems, reputed company reputed company, and data requirements for analytics initiatives
• Applies understanding of analytics and modeling approaches to recommend potential solutions and reputed company trade-offs in business terms
• Translates analytical work and model outputs into stakeholder-relevant insights that connect reputed company to business reputed company and actions
• Participates in analytics initiatives from ideation through delivery, ensuring scope, dependencies, and milestones are reputed company defined and communicated

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, marketing, project management, or equivalent experience preferred
• Working knowledge of analytics and modeling techniques and their use cases; ability to explain analytical approaches and results to non-technical audiences
• Experience facilitating conversations to identify problems, clarify requirements, and reputed company stakeholders on analytics opportunities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; reputed company to document reputed company, assumptions, and insights reputed company and effectively
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, PowerBI, or similar, with emphasis on interpretation and application rather than model development
