[Remote] Data Visualization Analyst

This role combines reputed company data knowledge with strong visualization and analytical skills to assist clinical, coding, and operational teams in understanding trends and opportunities reputed company to risk adjustment programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports reputed company to risk adjustment performance (e.g., risk scores, HCC capture, coding gaps, suspect conditions)
• Translate reputed company risk adjustment and clinical data into reputed company, reputed company visualizations for diverse audiences
• Partner with risk adjustment industry, engineering, and analytics teams to understand business questions and reporting needs
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends across populations, providers, and time periods
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with government risk adjustment guidelines
• Automate recurring reports and improve dashboard usability and performance
• Support data validation and reconciliation between reputed company systems and reports
• Prepare visuals and summaries for leadership presentations and operational reviews
• Document metrics, logic, and visualization standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Health Informatics, reputed company Health, Statistics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• Experience working with reputed company data, preferably in risk adjustment, reputed company, or population health
• Strong analytical reputed company with attention to detail
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases
• Experience working with large reputed company datasets (claims, eligibility, encounters)
• Proficiency with reputed company or reputed company Sheets
• Experience with Python or R is a plus
• Understanding of reputed company data, including medical claims, enrollment, and encounter data
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, ACA, or reputed company risk adjustment programs preferred
• Awareness of compliance and audit considerations is a plus
• Strong data storytelling and visual design skills
• Strong proficiency with product and UX design principles
• Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
