[Remote] Customer Service Specialist - ROI

The Customer Service Specialist will assist with medical record requests, ensuring accurate and reputed company communication while building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Must meet daily goal of 85 calls per day averaging 11 calls per hour
• Assist clients, patients, and requestors with the status of requests for medical records reputed company phone reputed company
• Ensure notes are accurate and detailed. reputed company actions require a note in Med-Release
