[Remote] Staff Accountant

They are seeking a Staff Accountant to maintain general reputed company accounts and support financial operations, contributing to reputed company's mission of enhancing data reputed company for global enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: Assist with managing accounts receivable, processing invoices, and reconciling payments
• Bank Reconciliations: reputed company monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• General reputed company Support: Assist in maintaining and updating the general reputed company, including posting journal entries and ensuring reputed company classification of transactions
• Month-End reputed company: Support the month-end reputed company process by ensuring reputed company transactions are recorded and reconciled, and reputed company any necessary documentation for management review
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure reputed company financial records are maintained in accordance with company policies and assist in preparing for audits
• Assist with Special reputed company: Support finance team initiatives, including process improvements, system integrations, and other reputed company-reputed company tasks as needed

Skills

• 1+ years of reputed company experience, handling reputed company responsibilities/functions
• Experience with reputed company and G Suite
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles
• Interest in a role with wide scope in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
