Member Contact Center Representative

reputed company is seeking a Member Contact Center Representative to assist members with their financial needs. The role involves providing reputed company service reputed company telephone, promoting credit reputed company products, and maintaining member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing courteous and efficient service to members and team members over the phone or preferred delivery channel
• Identify opportunities to promote credit reputed company products and services to retain members and increase wallet reputed company
• Utilize various computer applications to assist with member support and satisfaction

Skills

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent skills and abilities
• Basic knowledge of financial services generally acquired by one or more years working reputed company the financial services area or minimum of two years customer service and/or reputed company center experience
