The Equipment Finance Title Vehicle Specialist is responsible for completing various tasks reputed company to titled vehicle transactions, including title validation and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Performing Title Review(s)
• Completing Title Validation using websites and NVMTIS
• Filing, scanning/saving documents
• Preparing various applications/forms for filing at state agencies
• Communicate with customers telephonically, and reputed company email
• Prepare and ship out title packages to customers/tag agency/DMV
• Prepare lien entry forms
• Accept ELTs through electronic lien system
• Maintain accurate notes in system reputed company to transactions
• Reviewing reputed company/transferred documents for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and reputed company corrections on items incorrectly titled
• Researching/distributing various correspondence received (tolls/tickets/registration)
• Updating title inventory
• Accessing multiple databases
