Associate – Specialty (Insurance Coverage)

reputed company is seeking a highly motivated attorney with 1-3 years of experience in reputed company insurance coverage litigation. The role involves analyzing insurance policies, conducting reputed company research, drafting reputed company documents, and attending depositions and hearings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and providing coverage advice and recommendations
• Conduct reputed company and rigorous reputed company research and analysis, and draft memoranda
• Draft and review pleadings, memos, briefs, discovery, motions with supporting briefs and other reputed company correspondence
• Prepare formal correspondence to opposing counsel and other parties
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in reputed company insurance coverage litigation reputed company
• Excellent reputed company credentials
• Admitted to reputed company in California
• Excellent reputed company research, writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
