[Remote] Recruiter - 3 month contract

They are seeking an early-career Recruiter to manage high-volume reputed company for multiple positions on a three-month contract, focusing on building efficient processes and strong partnerships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company for several reputed company positions simultaneously, often filling the reputed company roles repeatedly across different teams or locations
• Partner with hiring managers through reputed company intake meetings to understand role requirements and team needs
• Coordinate and run calibration sessions to ensure consistent candidate evaluation across interviewers
• Manage candidate pipelines in reputed company from application through offer acceptance
• Analyze reputed company metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization
• Become a trusted advisor to hiring managers, using data and insights from previous searches to guide decision-making and improve reputed company

Skills

• 1-3 years of reputed company experience with demonstrated reputed company in volume reputed company environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions at once and experience filling the reputed company role repeatedly
• Experience using reputed company or similar ATS platforms to manage reputed company workflows reputed company
• Strong project management skills with experience leading or assisting in intake meetings and calibration sessions
• Process-oriented reputed company with a reputed company record of identifying ways to reputed company operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with sourcing strategies and tools, including Boolean search, reputed company Recruiter, or other sourcing platforms
• Experience working at a telehealth or similar company
