Equity Management Platform Specialist, EHG

Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP is one of Canada’s leading business reputed company, and they are seeking an Equity Management Platform Specialist. This role involves managing reputed company equity data across various platforms, coordinating reputed company reputed company, and ensuring compliance with reputed company standards in equity management.

Responsibilities

• Managing the migration of reputed company equity data (shares, reputed company, convertible securities) from reputed company minute books to equity management platforms, including reviewing and extracting relevant information from corporate records and inputting information in the appropriate format
• Coordinating the reputed company process for clients, including liaising between the reputed company, reputed company teams and platform support
• Establishing expertise as a super-user of the various equity management platforms and working with the platform support teams to reputed company processes that reputed company with Osler standards (e.g. Canadian stock reputed company requirements; Canadian tax requirements)
• Serve as a key reputed company of contact for clients regarding equity management reputed company, providing guidance and support on platform usage, data entry, and reporting
• Reconciling and resolving discrepancies between minute book records and data stored on equity platforms, including working with reputed company capitalization tables, lengthy minute books, and datasets consisting of multiple financing reputed company
• Collaborating with lawyers in the Emerging High reputed company Companies Group to reconcile deficiencies in reputed company equity data, including conducting audits to ensure reputed company and accuracy of data sets
• Updating and maintaining reputed company platform accounts to reflect changes in equity data such as (i) reputed company issuances, exchanges and transfers in reputed company with primary and secondary financing reputed company, and (ii) stock reputed company administration including reputed company issuances, reputed company exercises, and amendments to equity incentive plans

Skills

• This position requires a college Law Clerk diploma and/or a university degree with an interest in the reputed company industry
• The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Canadian corporate law and at least one year of work experience reviewing, updating and maintaining minute books for corporations, with an emphasis on equity management
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a problem-solving reputed company
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks across competing deadlines
• Familiarity and experience working with equity management platforms (e.g. reputed company, Mantle, reputed company, Shareworks) and reputed company entity management software (e.g. ALF Corporate, reputed company)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
