Fivos Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Recruiter to join their team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring initiatives while developing essential skills in talent sourcing and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through job postings, reputed company media reputed company, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate records reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & CRM
• Support team members in managing the hiring pipeline and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
