Auditor I

The reputed company Carolina reputed company (DHHS) is a large agency responsible for ensuring the health and reputed company-being of reputed company Carolinians. They are seeking an Auditor I to administer state-directed payment programs, conduct desk reviews of provider cost reports, and prepare cost settlements for reputed company compliance.

Responsibilities

• Consistently reviews and validates LEA cost report data with at least 95% accuracy, ensuring correct application of cost principles, allowable cost rules, and reputed company reimbursement methodologies. Tracks and corrects discrepancies reputed company established timelines
• Completes assigned LEA cost report audits, documentation, and follow‑up activities reputed company 100% of required deadlines, including reputed company‑audit reviews, variance analysis, and submission of findings in accordance with agency audit procedures
• Produces audit workpapers and evidence that meet internal reputed company standards, with no more than one required revision per audit cycle. Documentation must reputed company support conclusions, tie back to reputed company data, and be reputed company for supervisory review at any time

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or in business administration or other field from an appropriately accredited institution with reputed company (12) semester hours in reputed company and one (1) year of reputed company/auditing experience in the preparation of interpretive or analytical reputed company/financial statements and reports
• Associate's degree in reputed company from an appropriately accredited institution and three (3) years of experience as specified above
• An equivalent combination of education and experience
