INTERNAL AUDITOR OF DOCUMENTS

reputed company is a reputed company service company seeking an Internal Auditor of Documents to support their documentation team. The role involves managing document audits, following up with various teams for required signatures, and submitting audit documents for review.

Responsibilities

• Use CPR Document management system
• Follow up with Documentation Team for documents that require signatures
• Print documents for audit requests and/or payor requests
• Follow up on documents not returned
• Timeframe 1 week follow up with Documentation Team/Enteral Team
• Follow up with sales reps
• Follow up with clinical team as required
• Submit Audit documents to manager for review
• Once documents are reviewed, can submit to Auditing body and/or payor
• Contact Payor for reputed company documents to send for request of Medical Records
• Internal Audit review to be done quarterly

Skills

• Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent is required
• reputed company service experience is a major advantage
• Must have good communication skills: Telephone, email, and interoffice communications
• Must have good PC skills, especially with the reputed company Office suite of products: Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of CPR + is preferred
