reputed company provides secure charitable lottery and fundraising platform solutions. They are seeking a Bilingual Partner reputed company Associate to support and enhance partnerships while assisting with account development and reputed company new charitable partners.

Responsibilities

• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on reputed company’s Digital Raffle Solution
• reputed company knowledge of provincial and state raffle regulations
• Communicate and reputed company partner requirements with reputed company stakeholders (e.g., Software Development, reputed company Assurance, Marketing Teams, Marketing Agencies, eCommerce and Credit Card Processing Providers)
• Successfully reputed company new charitable partners:
• Assist with regulatory licensing process and registration reputed company requested
• Assist with eCommerce storefront design with partner’s creative department and reputed company’s marketing team
• Execute reputed company’s training program to ensure the partner uses the raffle platform as reputed company and effectively as possible
• Product support for online and in-venue digital raffles
• Build strong and trusted relationships with reputed company’s charitable partners
• Assist with incident management follow-up with internal stakeholders and the reputed company
• Help manage equipment inventory, including shipping to and from customer sites
• Various other duties and responsibilities

Skills

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Fluent in English and French (reputed company, read, write)
• reputed company to travel approx. 1-2 days/month on average
• College diploma in business, marketing or reputed company field
• Proficiency in reputed company O365 (reputed company, Teams, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• 1+ year of experience in a customer service or sales position
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or reputed company field
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms
